These short videos show the range of stroke adjustment from the Wobble mechanism for the Sawzall conversion, I actually managed to get a little bit of extra stroke than I was aiming for ( 11mm as opposed to 3/8" in the design that I am following) by changing the design slightly.
Minimum Stroke - 1mm approx

Medium Stroke - 5.5mm

Maximum Stroke - 11mm

These photos show the Stroke Adjustment Screw Access Holes in the housing and the 3/8" rubber blanking grommet that should stop anything from getting in there.
This relatively simple job took a lot longer than I had expected, 4 hours + from start to finish.

That looks great. Like a bought one!
I should pull my finger out. Been busy collecting red bricks for an outdoor kitchen. All out of recycled materials. It's not easy!

Sent from a galaxy far far awayGirl, I don't wanna know about your mild-mannered alter ego or anything like that." I mean, you tell me you're, uh, super-mega-ultra-lightning babe? That's all right with me. I'm good. I'm good.
