Buy a massively in debt company for an astronomical figure and give the previous owners almost total control of the whole shebang. It was this takeover that put SouthCorp in a position to allow its takeover by Fosters Group.
We still make very saleable wine and we have little trouble selling it. That is the result of many factors, but we are in a very good position.
