Looks like you’ve used G80 chain which is used for slings and lifting applications.
G70 is normally used for tie downs. -

Quite possible, most break right where the part number is stamped/pressed, which is nearly the full width of the blade. Which makes me believe it’s creating a weak point.

Most of the blades are breaking near the bolt...
Most of the blades are breaking near the bolt hole, especially where it has been stamped with the info.
Some do break on the hole.

Rather go a bit bigger if anything, they take a flogging. The slasher is designed to cut tea tree up to 75mm but blades just don’t last, hence wanting to use slightly thicker blades

I can’t buy them cause they don’t make them, I’d have to pay for them to draw up a new cad program etc as they’re done on a CNC machine.
