Have now recieved the replacement brackets with the welds being varstly improved.

I emailed (with pictures) the mob in Melbourne whom I brought them from, they contacted the maker, I had a phone call from the maker appoligising and dosen't know how the faults occured but will be...

I'm seeking your opinions on the quality of these welds. These are on some brakets for airbag suspension. I think the welds are disgusting, highly in-effective and lack any substantial penetration...

If you buy the pre-made airbag trailing arm setup there pretty dear in comparison to the roller rockers.

Depends what your funds are but I'd be more inclinded to get a couple of new axles. Also I think you may find that both axles will need to have brakes.

Have you considered a soft stone guard? That large flat front area of the trailer is an absolute stone bounce off area back to your vehicle and windows.

You'll need a new set of spring hangers for the existing axel as it probably won’t be feasible to remove and re-use the existing. You'll also need another axel, springs, hubs, wheels, double length...

Yep its duragal. The paints are Wattyl - etch primer then their heavy duty metal primer followed by two coats of Killrust epoxy enamel. Mind you there are lots of paint runs and drips.

I replaced the rear leafs on my Troopy with parabolics about a year ago to which they've been ok and maybe a little more comfortable (not soft) ride, so I thought I'd give em ago on the trailer.
