I will try the 55 degree tip as suggested and also try a better cutting fluid
I will also drop the speed (if possible)

I am new to thread cutting and having done a few today fell short of the mark when it comes to appearance.
The threads work OK but look like the dog has chewed them. Very coarse / rough finish....
