Its finished
Hi all finally finished it and best of all solved the heating problem.
It was a combination of the capacitor and there was a nick somewhere on the stator.
I dont know much about motors so i took it... -

Its over heating
I let it run just to see how it ran and it was good but.... now its SO HOT.....
I know this is not normal cause my other grinder dosnt get this hot...
The power lead is the same as when i got it.... -
