I kept the start and run cap....30uf and 12uf.
The shredder blades were stuffed but the gearmotor is perfect.

Thanks for the reply. I have an ER20 spindle motor with collet set. Was thinking 10mm shaft. The groove needs to be cut 3.5mm wide. The smaller the radius of the blade the better i guess :)
