Print, Cut and Wrap Around Hub or Rim to Mark Out Spokes - Metric

Hit to create a PDF with template diagrams. Print and wrap templates around hub to mark spoke centres for drilling.

Enter hub diameter, hub width, spoke diameter, number of spokes and hit Draw to re-draw template.
Make sure printer scale is set to 100%, and if the template won't fit, change page orientation to Landscape.

Tyre Profile Height
To draw the tyre, enter a measurement into Tyre Profile Height. This will not alter the hub, spokes or rim dimensions and templates, and just adds the tyre to the rim. Uncheck the Black checkbox to draw just the tire outline.

To align spoke points parallel to the outer edge of a hub, enter correct measurement for hub width to obtain correct shoulder measurement (outside hub to outside spoke) and align outer edge of template to outer edge of hub.

Print at 100% scale Set printer to 100% print scale (not 'Shrink to fit') to print templates.

DON'T BREATH THE DUST If you're cutting blocks, concrete, stone or ANYTHING and there's DUST - DON'T TAKE THE RISK
Don't cut it, or cut it wet so there's NO DUST - Silicosis Sucks
And if you're cutting wet, wear a mask - there's dust in the spray mist too!
