Give away: Old catalogues 1900-1950 , magazines, books.
I have enjoyed collecting and looking at these, but it's time to move them on, and I hope there are interested others out there.
Anyone from Sydney please pick up from me (Inner West), so I dont need to fuss with working out postage costs, getting payments, packing and posting; I will post to others but as far as possible want to simplify that process.
Items are numbered for reference, with a cover photo of each and maybe some sample page photos to give you an idea of the content. If I could find them easily, I chose sample pages relevant to Australia.
Happy to take questions.
Enjoy browsing,
Bill

Dibs on No 25 Machine tool operation 1&2.
I'm guessing they're rather bulky, more than happy to pay for postage to 3162 VIC plus your time/effort to pack them and get to a post office.
EDIT: If I may add No 21 History of Machine Tools as well

You'd probably get a few hundred dollars on ebay for all those books/catalogs.

G'day Bill,
What an incredibly generous offer.
If nobody else has asked for them and you don't mind going to the trouble of shipping them, I'd love to get the Tangy book, number seven and the Australian manufacturer book, number ninteen.
Cheers,
Greg.

Greg,
Kind of you to say, but it's not really generous - I have learned a lot from forum members over the years, so it is good to share with the people who value this old stuff.
I am noting who would like what, and will ask people to pay for the postage when I have worked it out (please PM me with your postcode).
But please bear with me because I will wait till more requests accumulate then batch process them.
Cheers,
Bill
Please note I have found another book for the list and will try to edit it into the original post.

Oh no problem 17 would be fine as it's a similar topic. Would just like an American tool handbook

That is an extremely generous offer Bill, it is rather a shame that we don't (as far as I know anyway) have an Australian equivalent of Keith Ruckers scanned collection of similar books. If we did I would love to see them scanned into a permanent collection of freely accessible engineering tomes for everyone to go through. Most of us here would love to have the whole darn lot, I know I would but unfortunately there is no room for them here, but they look absolutely fascinating, and I'm sure that their new owners will be delighted to receive them. Thank you for considering your fellow forumites when disposing of this most impressive collection.

No 20 Please
Hi Bill.
Thanks for your generosity.
Can I please have item 20 Weber Carbs. To save on your handling you could add mine to Caskwarrior, Ralph and I will collect it from him.
Thanks
Piers

Hi Bill,
I'd put these on ebay, you might get quite a bit of cash for them!
