Russian Miniature Round-bed Lathe "Universal 3-inch" and "Delphin"
Have recently been given the above lathe named as a BV15 and need manuals. After searching linked the BV15 to Russian Miniature Round-bed Lathe
"Universal 3-inch" and "Delphin"
Can anybody help with manuals.

Hello pitchb and welcome to a great forum.
It looks like you have already found the lathes.uk.co website with the page Russian Round-bed Lathe . Manuals are available there (see the bottom of the page linked, or the next page - can't remember). Generally a touch pricey, but you may be lucky and find a member here with a copy.
