Default Accurate collet chuck reducer ring needed

Just exploring options at the moment. I may need reduce the register of a collet chuck from 43mm x 7mm to 22mm x 7mm. So a ring 43mm x 7mm and a bore of 22mm is needed. Any suggestions on how to achieve this? Would the best way be to get a piece of hollow bar and machine the face, OD and bore the centre without disturbing setup and then part off to length. Should be pretty accurate I am guessing. It's so I can adapt this collet chuck to a Toyo ML-1.

Mount holes will need to be redone to a 35mm PCD to suit the spindle, as the spindle is 40mm diameter, but that's fairly easy if there's enough clearance when collet nut is removed.

Hmmm, collet chuck thread is 32mm and I need a 35mm PCD for the holes. 4mm diameter for the bolts which does not include counterbore for the bolt heads.

Maybe this - https://www.arceurotrade.co.uk/Catal...Chuck-62mm-Dia - but it only has a register depth of 5mm and I need 7mm.

More thinking out aloud. If I am reading the drawing here - https://www.aliexpress.com/item/33051718913.html - correctly, this collet chuck has a Register of 22mm with a depth of 6mm. Is is 45mm diameter with a PCD of 35mm with four holes at 5mm diameter. Correct? So close.

This is giving me a headache.

Have ordered one of these -

Will worry about register depth after I get it. Maybe a 1mm shim on the spindle will work.

I'm curious to know how closely they actually stick to their concentricity and perpendicularity tolerances

Order from AliExpress was canceled by them because seller did no send item on time. Refund has been issued. Plan B now whatever that is.

Plan B in action. Have ordered from another AliExpress seller. This one has 100% feedback and item has already shipped.
