Thread: Schaffner W12 milling machine

I’m slowly coming to grips with the Schaffner mill. It’s typical Swiss, nothing is slipshod or cheapskate and after a fairly hectic early life it’s still in a beautiful state. Lathes.co.UK has some info on the W12, nothing more than some nice sales photos and a general description.
I’ve hunted about for any more documentation, so far with out success. Has any one here even seen a W12 back in the day or know of any one who has one. There must be some one in the world with a manual in French, German or English. I know I don’t need it, but any info would really be a help.
Any ideas please?

I looked the mill up on lathes UK, they look to be a really nice mill. I have never seen one apart from on Lathes UK. I came across this Downloads | Jens Orie If you scroll down there is a leaflet listed. I clicked on it to what would happen and you have to request permission to access the file on Google Drive.

Here's what appears to be a couple of pages from a larger publication similar to a French version of a McPhersons catalogue.
