Made one of these this afternoon. Not perfect but good enough. Need to do two for now. They are a bracket to suspend 110mm HD PVC Pipe under the canopy of my brothers Hilux for awning pole storage.

The bracket is not real bad it will do the job.

However, looking at the photo I notice the radiused edges on the bar. These small sizes have a radius not proportional to the material thickness. The size I had trouble with was 12.7mm x 3mm. 25mm x 3mm has a lesser radius and was easier to roll.

Small rolled flat is hard to hold against these roller shoulders .The large radius allows the bar to slip over the square edge of the roller shoulder.

I was interested to see if my ring roller had the same problem as yours.

I removed one of the rollers and sure enough, it was missing of a cross hole.

I am surmising these tools are machined by CNC, so am wondering if the CNC program' lost the instruction to drill the cross hole and the quality control did not exist to find the error.

I can only imagine what it would look like in the open.

Whilst not trying to hijack this thread I have to agree with you Grahame.
We live about 8 K (by road) south of Newcastle and about 2.5 K in a direct line west of the ocean. Get a lot of particulate in the air and the salt air. I've been here about 9 years and I still haven't gotten used to how quick stuff rusts. On a quiet night you can almost hear it.
I lived about 40K inland for about 20 years and I could leave bare steel out and it wouldn't go rusty for months.
Here, I cant even leave a spool of wire on the mig as it goes rusty between use.Tried wrapping the spool in a towel and then double plastic bags. The machine has a dish of desiccant inside it and the machine is covered with several old sheets etc. (I don't do a lot of welding these days so it sometimes sits there for a few months between uses)
I have to oil up the mill and lathe thoroughly after every use otherwise within a day or so there is a film of rust appearing. Both of them have to be kept covered as well.

The radius was not much of a problem. The flat did however want to push away from the shoulders if too much pressure was applied at once. Got the second bracket done a well as the two plates made out of the same 25 x 3mm, to sit on top of canopy chassis for more strength. All drilled and painted ready to fit tomorrow or Monday.
