Engine Crane Bleed valve Mod
Since I bought my engine crane, I've always wanted a more controlable way to lower the arm.
I saw something similar to this on utube so I thought I'd use it as a stating point.
I wanted to it be reversable if it didn't work, so I have just spot welded the adapter to the screw.
Have my mind set of fitting a ball on the end. Not sure its needed but it would look nice....lol

Thanks for the pics Steve, have been looking for something similar for my 20 tonne air/hydraulic garage press. Good excuse to try my new lathe now.

Couldn't find a ball handle for resonable cost so I relented and made a different one.
Checked the orientation of the handle on the cranek
Made the handle, so just need to do a couple spot welds to secure the handle and give it a lick of paint.
