    Where can I get Head Socket Cap Screws 1/4"- 20 from?
    Google is not helping it only sends me to USA.Head Socket Cap Screws ?
    Normal socket head cap screws are to high.

    "Low head cap screws" is what you're looking for. Just a couple options here, plenty more come up in Google with that term. Unbrako also list them on their website, so probably can be ordered in wherever you like really.

    Depending on desired head height you may still have to buzz a touch off the top, I don't know if there's a standard spec for that.
