    Default Meyers Sensetive Drill

I’d love to 3D print a template of the badge so I could cut it on the Pantograph.

As found condition. This thing doesn’t appear to have done any work in its over 100yr life. Not a single mark on the table etc and the planner marks still visible. The base was on backwards.

After rejuvenation. Currently sitting in the lounge room much to my partners disgust, as I don’t have a safe space for it in the shed where it won’t get knocked about.

There is a loose & tight pulley with a shift on the bottom cone pulley. That would take another flat belt to a line shaft.

Make a plaster of Paris mould of it, then make a resin template from that?

Looks flat, you could probably have that routed on a CNC machine

It's close - haven't got a font that is an exact match for 'MYERS' though

Even though it was done ages ago, I thought some of you may like to see the finished badge.

Michael G did a great job of creating the file for me which I 3D printed and used as a template to cut on my Alexander 2C pantograph, I then formed the slightly tapered curve on the swage block and filed it with paint, polished and clear coated.
