Local Australian Suppliers
Hi all,
I am looking to get into Casting pewter as a hobby for small objects. Just wondering what are good sources for supplies of materials and I was looking for an entry level furnace to melt Pewter (do I need a furnace)?
There seem to be a few shops, I am looking at Barnes at the moment.
Any help or a kick in the right direction appreciated.
Thanks

Will depend on the size of your small objects, for items the size of jewellery you will only need a hand held clay crucible and a torch, for large items you will require a furnace.

you don't say where you are so can't supply any any local establishments

Thanks China, much appreciated!
Yes they will be fairly small less than a handsize maybe. I was looking at an electric cruicable but I will check out the hand held clay one and a torch, thats interesting and would save me alot!
