Good you had a successful out come specialist's are trained to disappear most of them are much better at it than magicians.

I had my parts swapped out last friday. Got shiny new bits now, all RH thread now, apparently.....
It took over 6 hours under a GA.
My hip is sore so they must have done some fancy stuff.
Still in Hospital but hope to be going home on Friday.

Pity about the poor planing and workmanship.

There were alot of factors that lead to this, unfortunately. It is what it is.
First attempt he ran out of theatre time, covid hit and stopped me from travelling, work commitments, money and a FNG saying he could do stuff when he couldn't.

Lifes a struggle. One must look forward, to the next problem....lol

Glad to hear it all worked out for you in the end... this has got to be the best thread of 2020.. maybe the best thread ever!
