Default Name of roller machinery, any idea.

Wondering if anyone would know what the roller machine in the picture is called. I'd like to Google image and YouTube the tool to either buy or make my own and need to know what to look for.
I'm wanting to cut into shorter lengths 100mm x 3mm and 170mm x 5mm bore casing and would love to roll the casings to get an even cuts and have a square top end using the plasma cutter.
All this casing for $300 from a local online auction that I'm going to use as a shed posts and floor support posts between 2 shipping containers and a miners cottage.

I have a stack of rollers from a conveyor that you can have a few of if you want to make your own and are willing to pay freight from Adelaide.

Why not get large rubber wheeled castors from bunnings and bolt them to top of some saw horses. 2 per stand fixed so pipe runs evenly and maybe make up 3 sets. Could even make up a stand to hold plasma torch to get even cuts.

This place would have something, although as suggested above some home fabricated would be less expensive
