Scraping Biax Control Gauge ?
I thought about getting a Biax Control Gauge and have been quoted about AUS $200. What have others paid for such an item?
Regards,
Tom

WOW. I have a Machtool control gauge clone i will sell you for $100. There is nothing special about them, heaps of people just 3d print them now. If they were done as batch i would expect about $10 to get them lasercut.

I also have a machtool one. If you want some pics or close ups etc, I'll be happy to supply. I think you should be able to make one in the home shop without too much stress. A square in the middle with some edges of given radiuses (radii?).
You could borrow mine if you like to use as a template. I am also in sunny Melbourne.

I didn't realise when I first looked what it was you were actually after....
Just imported this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3676210 into Fusion 360 and turned it into a drawing for you. Print it out, stick it to a bit of sheet, cut. It should print out at the right size, depending on printer (check with a ruler), but it's really not that critical anyway as far as I know....

G’day Tom,
The Machtool gauges were made up by a greatly missed former member for attendees of the scraping classes he ran.
I can 3D print you one if that’s of any help.
Cheers,
Greg.

Tom, looks like you got what you need above to create one. If you still want some pics, let me know. I might have to find it!
