Paper drill from converted drill press
Just came across this on ebay It looks like its a modified Richardson Pedestal drill press.

I'd almost put money on it having 3 pristine steps on the pulleys and one showing a fair bit of wear.

I bought one of these many years ago to covert to a drill press as it came up cheap. One day if I get hold of a MT2 spindle from a Richardson i'll set it up. The spindle they come with is only suitable for paper, can't fit a chuck to it unfortunately.
Under the wooden base it has the cleanest table I've even seen on a used drill press!

Pretty sure mine has Bristol cast into it from memory, though to me it looks the same as any other Richardson besides the different spindle setup.
