    I'm not sure how you would go about truing that crank but I think the el cheepo indicator that you have should get it close enough.

    Are you planning on pressing the crank pin into one flywheel then partially press the other side on, check and true, press a bit more and check and true and so on?

    In the distant past I did many m/cycle cranks but back then they had tapered crank pins and I think might have been a bit simpler to true than that yammy crank.

    Here is some useless info....the method in the factory Harley Davidson WLA manual to true the flywheels is to sit a ruler across the 2 flywheels and when the ruler is sitting flat across the 2 flywheels then tighten the crank pin nuts....things were so much simpler then

    Thanks guys i need a decent DI so i will get that one from H&F

    I plan on pressing the pin into one side than the other yeah but once shes together im going to have to tap her around to get it running true

    John lol they are crazy over there i guess clearance and roundness doesnt matter on a scooter they all vibrate i dont think scooters have balance shafts either my YZ250F does so the alignment of the crank webs is very critical
