Milling work needed on a piece of PFC
I have this piece of PFC which is destined to be a new bench drill table. It's 150 x 75 x 200 long. What I need is the top milled flat and the sides milled square to the top. Also need a mounting hole counterbored to mount it. Has a 12mm hole which needs a 25mm counterbore. Anyone on Brisbane north side that could do it. Also willing to post elsewhere if needed. Will pay to have this done.

Hi Nev, any chance of a pic and a sketch of what you're proposing to do, PLEASE.
From what I can gather, where you're wanting the counterbores, is only about 6-8mm thick?
Not that I'm able to do the job, but curious about your request.

Will post a pic or two when I can. Counterbore needs to be only 3.5mm deep. PFC is 9mm. Probably around 7.5mm after milling.

If you don't find someone local I could do it.
