    I've been doing a bit with sprayer fittings lately, where you bump into the joy of not just random mixes of BSP parallel and taper threads, but the odd NPT thread, which at 1/4" is 18 instead of 19tpi

    I also discovered the other day that 19 tpi is the only common thread my lathe cannot cut. Super annoying.
