Hi Alan,
This square is 250mm long so it's maximum allowable deviation from squareness is 5um.
I'm not sure why it makes mention of 160mm at the top of the page.

I may have access to one of these master squares that has a current calibration certificate tomorrow.

So i didn't get a chance to test my square against the master, but i did a rough check on the mill that just got re aligned and got about .01mm of error. i will try and do a better check next week.
