    Too slow - it takes about 20s to travel its full length. Plus I have several 24V shorter stroke actuators that would suit.

    Here is the first of the interlocks.

    Stainless steel push rod (pr) is attached by a thread to the toggle handle that locks the table to the DP column.
    MI - Mains in
    MO = Mains out
    MS - Main switch
    mS = Micro switch
    PR -= Power resistors for the LED.

    When table is locked by toggle handle "pr" is "in" and de-activates the micro switch - cutting power to the linear actuator


    Below show the main power switch and the LED indicator.
    When the red LED is showing this means it's safe to use the actuator. (Yeah I know should have use a green one but I have heaps of reds - may swap it around one day)

    All done. Well enough to be able to use it anyway.
    Still deciding what to do about the potter interlock and the pressure switch up/down. Kinda like the quirky nature of how they are - might leave them as they are for a while.
