What are peoples views on the Mist Coolant Systems.

I'm set up for mist cooling on my mill but haven't used it yet.
I'm also interested in cold air cooling systems.

CO2 and liquid nitrogen cooling are also interesting, but I wouldn't want to be signing the cheques

I used Kool-Mist systems on Surface Grinders for decades with good results in selective situations. Highly recommend. Gene
