What's the best way to dent this back?
I just got a new coffee machine and it has a dented leg.
Any suggestions?

It's a little unclear to me what the second photo shows. Is it the removed base of your machine?
If so, repair would be quite straightforward.
Unscrew the leg. Place the damaged corner of the base on a flat surface - say a sheet of plywood or similar, on the corner of a strong bench or table. Hammer the dent flat again, and screw the leg back in.
If the whole base is twisted, it should be able to be made good with some muscle work.

I'd even be tempted to unscrew the leg and try a pair of pliers to bend the metal back again.

As long as you didn't do it just take it back to the seller for replacement.

That leg bend suggests the machine has been dropped.
I know you want your coffee " Now" but if you didn't do it before you do anything I would contact the supplier and tell them it arrived like that i.e. send them a photo and get their advice about what to do.
If you decide t keep it and fix it your self and tell no one, then if something else goes wrong with it and you try to get it repaired under warranty they might see the repaired bend and blame you for it and the cause of the second problem

It looks like you have minimum thread engagement for that leg mount so remove the leg and then bend the sheet metal fairly straight using pliers or vice grips . Then replace the leg . Add a nut to the top of the thread shaft and tweak the thing straight by locking vice grips on the nut and bending gently . If you can't get vice grips in use a ring spanner to lever it a bit .
Nut will protect the thread .The volume of a pizza of thickness 'a' and radius 'z' is given by pi z z a.
