Default Tools at Aldi Sat 28 May

A few good tools coming up for sale at Aldi's the Saturday 28 May.

In particular a drill sharpener at $9.99, right angle drive same price and a band saw. I'm sure with the right blade, it could be used for cutting metal.

    Special buys see here https://www.aldi.com.au/en/special-b...ys-sat-28-may/

Your local friendly saw doctor service should be able to make them to your requirements, you have the length from the ad (1400mm), width would be determined by what sort of curves you need to get around, tell the saw doc the thickness and metal you want to cut and they will suggest a blade composition and TPI, and give you a quote.

250W probably limited to a couple of mm thickness in ali, 0.8mm in mild sheet, so it wont be a Hercules style saw.

Fyi it looks like Bunnies is taking on Aldi now in the price war, they have dropped the price on their Ryobi 350w bandsaw to $129

Bunnings one looks to have a Mitre guage and a worklight
