Hi Ken,
I don't have a problem with taking advantage of other peoples designs, but I do very strongly object to someone calling them their own.
I actually think that you have been most generous in giving him consent to make one for himself.Best Regards:
Baron J.

Ken, you replied to the post with the apology!
The link: Marking gauce with micro adjustment - Page 2
He made an excuse that you didn't accept. Maybe you didn't read the apology? "I do apologise if you think I copied your work"Cheers, Joe

I can understand how you feel, years ago I shared freely with everyone here about changing the top bearing in a HM50/52 to a tapered bearing and the design of new nut needed along with drawings. To my suprise 12 months latter I found a a guy had replied the chich's CNC HM52 thread on CNC Zone who had taken my idea and claimed it was his own.
My grandfather has always told me if someone takes/steals your design be proud, as they thought your idea was worth using and they couldn't come up with something better themselves.
The Internet is huge these days so it makes it easy. I see you have an apology which is more than I got after I posted in the thread with a link to my original thread here.
