Powder Coating. Where to buy powder from?
Hi all,
Probably a long shot but thought I'd ask anyway. Does anyone know where I could source some powder coating powder from? I found a place through google http://www.caswellplating.com.au/ which has a range of items relating to metal finishing but would prefer something closer to home. I'm in south east suburbs, Melbourne if anyone knows of something around this way.
Thanks

Caswell are the place to go for small quantities, if you want large quantities min 200lt per colour then try Dulux

I do quite a lot of powder coating of parts here at home.
I buy all my powder from the local powder coaters, he sells me most of what I want for
$20.00kg but there are a few powders that come in at close to $40.00kg
Which are the chrome type colors, he is well over half the price of buying small quantities from
the hobby type suppliers....
Hope this helpsWarning Disclaimer

That's not a bad price matthew_g. I probably only want the basics to start with black, red, blue etc. Out of interest how far does 1kg of powder get you?
