What scrap??
It looks to me like that was made from a lot of useful stuff!
I couldn't make a table like that because it wouldn't be long and I would work out that that is the exact size spanner I need for that Whitworth nut and so I would be attacking the table with grinders, cold chisels and a plasma cutter to salvage it! It does look neat though.

Yes its really very nice and I'm quite sure that someone, probably female would like to be the proud possessor of that table !
But I must confess that before I could build one of those I would be going through the pile of bits and saying to myself, I need that, that might be useful and suddenly the pile of bits would have become very small. You see I understand why my wife describes me to others as "a squirrel"Best Regards:
