You dont have a number for PD083 and PD085. PD150-PD0156 are messed up in your list(but they match up with mine so I assume thats all ok).
But other that a mistake in my settings(PD007=20. it should have been PD011=20), the differences for VSD size(mine is 2.2kW), different motor specs(either my amps is low or yours is high PD142) and that my VSD is set up for braking. I cant see anything that can help you.
Is it a new VSD? might be time to try your luck with your supplier.
