Fluid cooled Morse Tapper bits
To all those knowledgeable in things metal.
My son got a call at work during the week for a strange order on a part requirement. He was asked if they sold 13mm morse tapper fluid cooling drill bits, this was supposed to have a hole in the end of the tapper where fluid passes through to aid with cooling while drilling.
Now the only thing I could think of was (and my son) whom ever was on the phone was trying to have a go at my son or the caller had been set up in being told thats what the hole was for a young apprentice maybe?
Only reason I know of for a drilled morse tapper is so it can be attached to a draw bar.
I have tried a search and come up with nothing.

I have a Guhring drill bit that has coolant holes. More common for deep hole drilling.
