Sight unseen I'll go all out and say it's a bargain. Even if i sold my lathe as scrap metal I'd get *$160!
* $0.25c/Kg for scrap metal at my local scrap metal dealer.

Yes, totally support that statement, and in no way am I putting a downer on your lathe or suggesting it's less than great.
I would love to see it.
For most of my life I struggled on without a lathe, simply because I couldn't afford one, and if you got something useful for $80 I would welcome a few pictures.
The only lathe I've ever (almost) seen for under $100 was one of these baby Hercus.

Yep, rolled up at a garage sale and the lathe had gone for ...................I'm gunna cry............bwwaaaaaaah....................$50
Can you believe it?
Apparently old and a bit worn, but complete and a goer.
My legs went wobbly as I walked out.
So it is possible.
Cheers

$80
I got it from an old gentleman who was going into a nursing home, he wanted more but that's all I had on me so he took it. It was in pieces but everything was there. Sorry no camera so no pictures, plus I don't have it anymore anyway. This site is not good, it keeps shutting down when I post answers, I don't have enough patience to persevere.

It may be the browser. IE9 (I think it's that one - I use FF) has issues with this and other forums. Switch to something else and things will be much improved.
