Fixed Steady Identification?
I have an unused fixed steady which I would like to know the origin of. It is for a 6" centre height lathe with a flat bed. The distance between the bed rails is 2.5", it has the appearance of being locally made but I am not sure. Pictures are of the front and rear. Any help would be appreciated. Regards, Mm.

I'm stumped Philip.
Looking at the photos before reading the text made me think of something aftermarket for a Myford. The 6 "centre height knocked that on the head. Have you trawled your way through the images on Tony's site?
Bob.
