I am sure there are free versions of that out there... I think I can remember Evan on HSM talking about it...

I've dowloaded the trial version to try with my webcam. Looks pretty useful to me. I haven't tried it on the mill yet, but could imagine it's worth the relatively small fee.
By the way, PM Harty69 and ask him about his version of something just like this....

HI,
It does look useful, how much is it anyway ?. An Idea I had the other Day for use as an Alignment Tool in a Mill / Drill Press was using a Laser Bore Sighter the Type that are used to aid in Scope Alignment on Rifles. The Idea was to use them to Align Punch Marks and Scribe Marks on the Work Piece. I imagine that they would be pretty accurate and perhaps quicker than a Wiggler (center finder).All The Best steran50 Stewart
