Re broken Dowidat shifter.
Nigel I have a similar shifter with the adjusting worm missing.
I was going to weld the loose jaw to a size I need.
When I get home from Queensland I’ll measure it up and if your interested swap you as your broken jaw would suit me and you will have a complete shifter again.

Shifters or for you North Americans Crescent wrenches.
Nigel, I dug out that shifter with the missing worm and sorry it’s not a Dowidat.
I do have 10” and 12” Dowidat shifters but they’re a different series to yours?
I have a quite a few, a couple I couldn’t find, one with my fathers initials stamped on it should be in the ute.
The other possibly from somewhere in the old Russian empire has a back to front thread for adjusting the jaws.
