I have been trying to contact CTC Tooling for two weeks via email but no response. Has any one had any contact with them recently?

I have not tried the eBay route but had it in mind- thanks. I have had quite a few back and fourth emails direct but all of a sudden he has gone quite.

    Hi Bob,
    Strange
Hope not, but maybe he has had an accident, or something else that is more important than the business.

Bought something last week and got the delivery tracking code by email on Monday. Not a conversation but still there.

    David,
That is nice to hear that they are still shipping some items. I sent an ebay enquiry last night and all I got back was an automatic email promoting other activities, no response to my enquiry. I have the balance of a large order outstanding and can not get a response. This is a bit strange.

I've bought a few things from CTC in the past and also had communications problems with them. The goods arrived in expected time but no response to emails.

I had this same issue with a number of other eBay sellers - ozmestore1 springs to mind. Good products, delivered on time but don't bother asking questions about them

Hope this gets sorted out for you, Bob.
I don't think you have much to worry about though, because he has been around for a while and from what I have read on different forums as well as here, he has built up a lot of loyal customers all around the world.

    Dave,
Thanks for that,I too hope Heine is OK.I placed a large order with him after numerous back and fourth emails, which he always replied to within a day or so. He could not supply a number of items from stock so he sent what he had and contacted me saying the balance would be ready for despatch in one week. That was three weeks ago. The last contact I had was in response to my email asking for a final delivery date and an invoice, he stated he would send all the details over the weekend, that was three weekends ago. This sounds like a rather strange way to operate a business. As previously stated he has not responded to any of my latest emails.
