    Thanks all for the advice.

    As the colorbond fence frame is still remaining, I am going to replace the colourbond pannels, but install 2 horizontal steel flats on each segment of the fence, bolting each pannel in 4 spots. 1 bolt in the top of the frame, one in the bottom, and one on each of the horizontal flats.. bit extreme, but it will stop most of the damage.. It will still dint, but it should withold most of the attacks.

    For the front of the property I think I will go for a weldmesh fence.. looks like its the type of material I am looking for.

    A horizontal reinforcement or two is good. You can also pop rivet the sheet panes to each other and the frame. Can you reuse the old panels?
