Adds at bottom of screen
So today adds have started popping up at the bottom of the screen for every page i open on the forum, Is the the way the forum will be now? If it is i will be spending considerably less time here.

They appeared on my surfing computer (Win7 and Chrome) this morning. Don't like them!

Anyone know of an alternative, Australia-based metalworking forum or web group?

I'm getting these ads too over the past few days, makes viewing this forum a chore. Constantly scrolling ads with animations to boot.

By no means an expert on web hosting but I am in IT.
F12 gets you the debug window so you can see what is going on with the page and where content is coming from, you can see the highlighted information here
Adsbygoogle.jpg
From a bit of a google they appear to be known as anchor ads configured at the site level

Agreed very annoying particularly as they overlay right on top of control links when viewing attached pictures.
