To use google type in
site:metalworkforums.com
then space followed by your search query. That restricts google to this site
The following will search the forum for posts on 4140
site:metalworkforums.com 4140

Its also possible to search with Google within just a specific metal work forum
If you go to the index page of a specific forum and look at the url you will see that it has a code
eg the METALWORK GENERAL forum has this URL metalworkforums.com/f65 with F65 being the forum code.
If you type site:metalworkforums.com/f65 into the search window it will only search from with f65.
