Default Easy way to monitor responses?

Sorry if this has been asked and answered before.

Is there an easyway - to monitor all your own threads and replies in topics - - to see if anyone has relied and you need to respond?

I'm not sure what subscribing to a topic is or how to do it....or how you then know if there's something needs attending too?

This far I go into "my profile" and just look at all the posts I've made and open each one and look for responses... but the more posts I make the longer the list and theres no way to tell if anyone's responded so i open and close a lot of threads for nothing which probably wastes forum bandwidth and slows the servers down...

Sorry if its obvious and I missed it.

Many thanks in advance - I use a PC not a mobile to look at the forums if that makes any difference.

Have you tried 'settings', up there next to 'my profile'? That should give you some idea about whether there are responses being made.

When you subscribe to a thread you should receive an email when a new reply is made to that thread. HOWEVER, lately I have been finding the email notification has been unreliable. I don't know if this is a forum problem or a mail server along the way deciding forum mail is spam.

You can make subscribing to a thread you reply to the default action through your account preferences.

Another way is to use the Quick Links drop down menu near the top of the page to navigate to the subscribed threads list.

I've made a change to our set up that should help avoid this from happening.
