    My apologies to the Fat Controllers (a reference to Thomas the Tank Engine not the horizontal size of our forum moderators, although....) if this has already been done or there is a link to this somewhere or if this is on the wrong forum....

    ...will take you to a free download of a MS photo re-sizing program. It is very simple to use and will enable those contributing photos to make their pics smaller for the forum pages. Easily!

    I'm lazy

    I email it to myself as an attachment (selecting make my pictures smaller)and then save the new attachment.

    That uses bandwidth & download quota.

    Once powertoys is installed, it is just a point & right click & pick the size you want.
    Even easier that sending it in an e-mail & then saving it out of the e-mail.
