    Default Vintage Australian or import?

Have a dbit grinder which originates from John Hart, either melbourne or Sydney.
Ive nearly completed rebuilding it, but am missing 2 small parts which go on the vertical swivel head.
It seems to me to be a Deckel/GH Alexander copy, where it was made is another question as there was no identifying marks. Very well made and tight in its action.
Does anyone have an inkling what brand it is? Ive contacted J Hart and they've got no idea.
    What do you think?
