    Default 3D printing plan downloads

Last night SWMBO had a go at me for losing the inner part of our 40+ year old Tupperware Crisp-it Lettuce keeper.
We actually have 3 of these lettuce keepers and no inserts for any off them,

Whenever we lose anything it's always my fault
so I said I would 3D print one for her.
This morning while doing a bunch of other stuff I programmed the gizmo which took ~15 minutes.
Printing took a couple of hours, only because I wasn't in a hurry and couldn't be bothered to optimise the printing speed.

It's printed in PETG material so should be food safe although probably not dishwasher safe.

For fun I put the plans for it up on the Thingiverse.com site (THE massive free 3D printing plans site).
Within about an hour it reached 75 downloaded

Compare that to when I put up my first 3D dust extraction ducting adapter plan thing last Nov - only 5 people have since dowloaded it.

This morning it was up to 194 downloads but according to a mate of mine these downloads are probably mainly from auto/bots harvesting plans. Apparently the Thingiverse website is quite broken and possibly insecure. However, if for some reason you want to get hold of the plan here is the link, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5438711
