Thread: Stationary Engine Restoration Project

G'day all,
This is a video that briefly records my restoration of an IHC Tom Thumb stationary Engine.

The restoration was completed back in April 2022 but I've only just gotten around to putting the video together.
A lot of machine work was required to bring original parts back into service and in making new parts as required.
Some of the parts have pretty irregular shapes which required some custom fixtures and inventive work holding.
There's also some cast iron repair and painting involved not to mention the dulcet tomes of a hit and miss engine.
