Just be aware that E/Stop contacts are not rated for any real current and could weld together under high current and could erode through arcing upon opening. They are only designed for control circuit voltages and current.

They come in a variety of flavours, and are available for direct interruption of AC supply for motor guarding applications. Schneider, Eaton, Sprecher, NHP all make them. You do need to read the data sheet before you buy, but they are definitely available for opening full AC mains supply current.
