Maybe just the photos but the finish looks rougher than I would expect?

I am considering a resin printer. They are getting better and cheaper rapidly

Yes, it is just the photos. I gave them a brush with a nail brush and a bit of Armourall and now I can't tell the difference to the originals - except from the back. The originals are actually hollowed out between the outside and their bore. Mine are sold. Maybe those thin walls is what breaks them after 38 years....

Nice work Joe. It's pretty amazing what kind of machines you can get in the FDM/SLA space at the moment in terms of capability for price... this is one of the most enjoyable aspects of 3D printing, I feel - replacing things that are otherwise very difficult or impossible to source to keep something working!

I had a go at something equally impossible to get now, but just a titch bigger than my printer envelope...
Also the source was 3D scanned, not modelled in CAD. Interesting. The surface needed significant post processing but the part is usable.
The part with the reflector attached is an original (opposite handed) part.
