Further to the seal repair/replacement on the Pope brass trigger spray gun.I also tried a Spray trigger gun kit I found at the Hoselink website.

As well as Orings the kit contains a stainless steel piston rod fitted with necessary seals,

A new knurled brass screw in end cap CW with the Oring.

A replacement bail which can be flipped over to form a trigger lock.

Plus a lil bitty tube of rubber grease. Their standard Orings were so tight they bound up and does not allow trigger to return to stop position to cut the water flow.

It might be fixed by exchanging the o rings from the the BSC shop. n
All for $8.20 plus postage.

I Now have lifetime supply of piston rod seals for the Pope brass gun.I guess these are are a generic part made in the thosands with CNC and one size fits across a few different brands and models.
There you go - an entry for your useless info file.

Cheers
